Who I Coach and Why

I work with people who are rebuilding something, whether that’s confidence, strength, or the physique that aligns with their identity.

Many of my clients are starting from burnout, injury, mental health struggles, anxiety about the current political state, or years of feeling disconnected. Many are queer or trans and have felt uncomfortable in their bodies. 

I focus on building consistency and routine. I don’t promise extreme transformations in thirty days, but rather something sustainable that will benefit you for years to come.

online coaching

  • Personalized programming with clear progression guidance. Weekly virtual meetings to go over form, goals, and questions. Monthly program updates to correspond with progress.

  • Clients will have access to an app that holds their programming with instructional videos. Direct messaging to me is also within the app.

  • The idea of starting a fitness program can be overwhelming. I want to encourage building routine, structure, and discipline without shame or punishment.

  • There are two types of programs to choose from: basic and guided.

    Basic programming includes the one hour onboarding meeting, the app, and monthly virtual meetings with me. This is $60/month.

    Guided includes everything basic has, but I meet with them once a week and am available to chat via messaging on the app. This might look like asking me to check your form or questions about progressions. This is $120/month.
